Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was particularly good and near grocery store, the beach and the tallest lighthouse in the state, and a residential area. The room was brand-new and spotless, complete with queen bed and complementary goodies, for example. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were provided if needed. The staff was extremely friendly, as well as owner.
There were old beds in our room.
